please arrive on time i provide a 10 min grace period after that there will be a $10 late fee, after 15 min it will be $15 & after 20 it's cancelled. I understand that things happen please let me know if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I charge a 50% fee for any no-shows/ cancellations within 48 hrs.
